Hi there, I’m Jayden, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (MA) specializing in child, adolescent, and young adult therapy. I graduated from a CACREP accredited program where we meet national standards advancing services aligned with optimal human development and standards that reflect societal needs while respecting diverse instructional approaches. Over the past 6 years, I have organized youth sports clinics and currently specialize in therapeutic services. Competing in athletics at the Division I level taught me resilience and respect for all backgrounds, while caring for livestock grounded my approach in compassion and authentic connection. I utilize evidence-informed play therapy to help young children navigate behavioral struggles, attachment wounds, and developmental hurdles in a language natural to them. I also partner with teens and young adults to face anxiety, process trauma, manage stress, and confidently navigate major identity shifts. In regard to family collaboration, I partner directly with parents to ensure tools learned in session translate outside the therapy room. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, honest, and collaborative space focused on real, measurable growth. I look forward to working with your family!
