I'm Jayla Harrison, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges while building deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting emotional wellness. I specialize in working with high-achieving Black women, neurodivergent adults, individuals navigating mood and personality disorders, and couples of color seeking greater connection, communication, and healing. Many of my clients are successful in their careers, education, or personal lives yet struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, identity concerns, or the pressure of constantly having to "hold it all together." I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). My work is grounded in cultural humility, authenticity, and the belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. Whether you're navigating a life transition, managing the complexities of neurodivergence, healing from relational wounds, coping with mood-related challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.”
