Something feels off, but it’s hard to put into words. Maybe there’s anxiety or depression running in the background all day, or you’re burned out and still performing well enough that nobody has noticed. Maybe you are good at thinking your way through problems and have found that emotions don’t follow the same logic as everything else. Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin. We’ll make sense of it together. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, conflict, and burnout. Couples are a significant part of my practice, and I pay close attention to the patterns between people: how we communicate, protect ourselves, connect, and disconnect. I also frequently work with high performers, analytical and tech-oriented clients, military-connected individuals and families, neurodivergent clients including ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. I believe therapy works best when it’s a genuine partnership. My style is direct, down-to-earth, and intentional. We’ll get clear on what you want to be different, then work together to understand what’s getting in the way and build the tools to help you get there. Together, we’ll explore the stories, relationships, and patterns shaping your life while figuring out what might need to change. Therapy with me is collaborative, but I’m but I’m not afraid to be direct, ask uncomfortable questions, or point out a pattern when I see one.
