I work with children, parents, individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships and navigate life's challenges through a collaborative, compassionate approach. As a student therapist pursuing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, I'm grounded in a systemic perspective—recognizing that our experiences are shaped by relationships, family dynamics, culture, and life circumstances. I have a particular interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and specialize in helping clients identify patterns that leave them feeling disconnected or stuck. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems work to address anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, and the complexities of blended families and parenting. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe exploring emotions, building self-awareness, and strengthening connections with yourself and others. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accepting most major insurance plans.
