Introduction

Hello, my name is Jayne Tingley. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for over 15 years. I am currently licensed in both Florida and Connecticut. I am trained in various trauma modalities to include TF-CBT and EMDR. I am experienced working with clients of various ages. In addition to trauma, I am experienced working with clients who have anxiety, depression and ADHD. Many of my appointments are on evenings and weekends to work with clients during traditional work and school hours.
