Introduction

Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I provide a compassionate, grounded, and judgment-free space for adults and couples to feel truly seen, supported, and understood. Whether you are navigating the complex worlds of anxiety, major life transitions, relationship twists, or neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), I’m here to partner with you. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT skills, with mindfulness and practical tools. No stuffy lectures here, just real strategies to help you slow down, quiet the mental chatter, and design a life that actually feels aligned with who you really are. We will walk at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and completely empowering for you. All backgrounds, identities, and unique minds are warmly welcome. Adult Autism (ASD) Evaluations Have you ever wondered if there's more to your story? Whether you've spent years feeling different, exhausted from masking, or are simply looking for a better understanding of how your brain works, an autism evaluation can provide meaningful insight and clarity. My adult ASD evaluations are designed to help you better understand your unique strengths, challenges, and patterns—not to define you, but to help you make sense of experiences that may have never fully clicked before. You'll receive a comprehensive clinical evaluation, personalized feedback, and recommendations that can support your personal growth, relationships, and overall well-being. These evaluations are intended for self-understanding and personal insight and are not designed for legal accommodations, disability determinations, or forensic purposes. Planning to Use Insurance? I currently accept BCBS, Aetna and Cigna. Inquire for more information. Using Out-of-Network Benefits? Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that can help offset the cost of therapy. If you choose to work with me as an out-of-network provider, payment is collected at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health coverage, deductible, and reimbursement eligibility.
