I am a BIPOC Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia with experience supporting individuals and families across outpatient, intensive in-home, and partial hospitalization settings. My clinical work has centered around helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and family stress. Grace in Chaos Counseling was created from the belief that life can be both messy and meaningful at the same time. Healing, to me, is not about waiting for life to calm down, but about learning to understand yourself more deeply, respond with compassion, and move through life with greater intention and steadiness even in imperfect seasons. I often hear from clients that they feel like I’m the first therapist who really “got it.” Many share that therapy with me feels like a space where they don’t have to explain or defend their emotions, and where they’re not labeled as “too much,” “crazy,” or broken. I take that seriously. At the core of my work, I am not here to fix you, but to help you better understand your patterns, emotions, and experiences while building practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to offer a space where you can show up as you are without pressure, judgment, or expectation.
