Jazmin Rivera is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who deeply believes in the power of safe, authentic relationships to bring about meaningful change. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence and strives to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore what’s going on beneath the surface– whether through words or play. Jazmin’s work is grounded in trauma-informed care and child-centered play therapy where the child takes the lead in expressing themselves and processing through play while a grounded, attuned, and emotionally safe space is provided for the client to explore, process, and grow. Jazmin believes that healing happens through authentic relationships– especially when clients feel safe enough to be seen and supported without judgment. Whether working with a child processing through play, a teen navigating life transitions and figuring out who they’re becoming, or a family working through challenges together, Jazmin meets each client with empathy, curiosity, and care. She tailors her work to honor each individual’s pace and process, helping them feel more connected, empowered, and aligned with their true self.
