Introduction

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to carry something heavy and not have a space where you could set it down. That experience didn't just shape me — it became my purpose. I founded Become Whole, LLC because I believe every person deserves a therapist who truly sees them, not just their diagnosis. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with a Sex Therapy Certification, serving adolescents and adults across Virginia through telehealth. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a culturally affirming approach that honors the fullness of who you are, your background, your faith, your identity, and your story. I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety and depression, relationship and family challenges, sexual health and identity, and the unique emotional experiences of children and adolescents. Whether you are a teenager trying to understand yourself, an adult carrying wounds from the past, or a family learning how to communicate through hard seasons, this is a space built for you. What makes Become Whole different is not just what we treat, but how we show up. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe healing has to go as deep as the wound. That means working with you where you are, respecting what you believe, and building a therapeutic relationship grounded in honesty, warmth, and genuine care. If you have been searching for a therapist who gets it, who understands what it means to be unseen, to struggle quietly, or to need support that reflects your actual life, I want to invite you to take the next step. Reaching out is one of the bravest things you can do, and I am honored to be part of your journey toward becoming whole.
