My personal belief is human first, therapist second and my second belief is the path away from inner turmoil starts with a friendly ear. You can expect a safe, trusting, and open space where we will build rapport and assess your current stressors. We will work together to identify areas you’d like to focus on, whether it’s managing anxiety or coping with a chronic illness. I usually incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to provide the tools needed to pursue the respective goals. I believe in meeting you where you are and respecting your unique perspective, creating a collaborative environment where you can speak freely and process your emotions without judgment. My style of therapy is a direct but caring approach but only fair to warn you my style is not for everyone.
