Introduction

I want you to get the best possible care to help improve your daily life. I work with women who are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. I’m Jeana, an independent licensed professional clinical counselor with 9 years of experience, including 8 in inpatient mental health. I teach as an adjunct professor in a graduate counseling program, teaching students how to determine an accurate diagnosis. I administer several assessments when I feel further clarification is needed. Many women have undiagnosed OCD, ADHD, and trauma-I can work with you to create a plan that works for you. Some women get assessed for OCD and use EMDR to reprocess situations that may drive their anxiety, and then ERP to help their brain understand how to assess and respond to threats. Some women come in for anxiety and end up with a diagnosis of ADHD. I can refer you for formal computer-based testing and teach you tools to help improve how you get through the day. I will teach you mindfulness and make book recommendations to help improve your progress towards your goals. As an independent therapist, I’m the one you’ll hear from when you reach out, and you won’t be handed off to someone else. If you’re ready, book a free 15-minute consultation below.
