You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck inside. Maybe you’re navigating grief, trauma, health concerns, caregiving stress, a difficult relationship, or a major life transition. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, and my style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I try to understand you in the context of your culture, identity, relationships, and life experiences, rather than making assumptions about what something means to you. I don’t believe therapy is about feeling happy all the time. Instead, we can work on making room for difficult thoughts and emotions while helping you reconnect with what matters most to you. I hope that therapy feels like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and begin moving toward a life that feels more meaningful and worth living.
