Introduction

Hello, I’m Jeanine Marshall Tillman, MAPC, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Skopos Counseling, Coaching & Consulting. I am passionate about helping individuals—especially high-achieving women and professionals—heal from emotional exhaustion, relationship trauma, and toxic environments while reconnecting to their voice, boundaries, and sense of purpose. I also specialize in working with couples, adolescents and families. My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and practical support. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relational stress, life transitions, boundary-setting, and identity healing. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we slow things down, create emotional safety, and build tools that support sustainable change. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and empowering. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with emotional insight, helping clients move from survival mode into stability. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported—without judgment or pressure. If you’re seeking a therapist who values honesty, emotional safety, and real-life application, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
