If you are needing help with difficult situations, relationships, or depression and anxiety, I am ready to work collaboratively with you to get results. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist which simply means I look at all problems in the context of relationships. I take several different approaches based upon your personal needs. We will tailor your treatment to meet your needs. I see change happening when there is insight into the problem and we focus on how your past may affect what triggers you. I use a variety of approaches including Family Systems, CBT, IFS, Intergenerational, Structural Family Therapy, TFCBT, and EMDR.
