As a middle aged adult with professional and life experience, I am well versed in supporting adult clients who are struggling with work life balance, life transitions, goal setting, depression, anxiety and/or menopause. I am known as a compassionate listener dedicated to helping clients grow to be the best version of themselves. As we age and are at different spots in our lives, our best version also changes. Talking through what that has been, as well as, what an individual wants that to be is important to me. When working with clients, I offer a combination of thoughtful listening, reflective questions, support, problem solving, and setting goals. I promise to meet you where you are at and to partner with you so that you don't stay in that same spot. I will use my years of experience to give credible real life support and therapy based on best practice. If you are considering seeing a therapist, I anticipate you have tried other things to help yourself. We will talk through those options and find ways to keep doing what was helpful, as well as, to build in new strategies and behaviors. As we build a working relationship, we will have conversations about the process and any feelings about our work together.
