I use evidenced based modalities integrated within a safe attachment focus in yourself and in relationship to others. I am current on the lastest neuroscience in mental health and integrate the modalities of IFS, EMDR, Narrative,CBT, ART, EFT, Coaching, and Gottman, as well as your spirituality, if you choose. Together we find truth and healing.
