Introduction

Despite our best intentions, life can throw us some pretty strong curveballs. I help individuals through some of life’s most challenging times. The emotions that accompany these experiences can be overwhelming, and I can help you work through the aftermath. I'm a former bereavement specialist with Hospice and a former caregiver, and I bring both professional and personal experience to my work. I specialize in end-of-life and caregiver issues, as well as other challenges that arise with navigating major life transitions.
