I work with adults who are navigating a range of experiences including anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and responses to loss. I also have experience in working with people who are struggling with relationship concerns, are wanting to move away from behavioral addictions, and are striving to build their own sense of self. I operate primarily within a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach and am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I appreciate the intentionality and courage it can take to reach out to a therapist and I consider it an honor to be allowed into a client’s journey.
