At the end of our lives, what matters most isn't how well we held everything together. It's the life we lived, the people we loved, and the connections we made along the way. For many of us, connection isn't easy. You may have learned to handle everything alone, push through pain, hide your emotions, or avoid burdening others. Over time, strength and self-reliance can become isolation. You can be surrounded by people you love and still feel profoundly alone. We can change that. I work with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and circumstances - including those who have experienced relationship struggles, anger issues, loneliness, incarceration, poverty, and ongoing involvement with the legal system. I’m not interested in judging you or reducing you to the worst thing you’ve done, the hardest thing you’ve experienced, or the circumstances you find yourself in today. I want to understand YOU, just as you are. Because you are enough. Together, we'll explore patterns that keep you disconnected, develop healthier ways to navigate emotions and conflict, and strengthen the relationships that matter to you. Our work will be grounded in empathy, honesty, respect, compassion, and accountability. The trust and connection we build in therapy can become a foundation for deeper, more fulfilling relationships beyond it. You deserve hope, joy, comfort, belonging, and meaningful connection. You don’t have to become someone else to get there. We start with exactly who you are.
