You are the expert on your own story. Even if it doesn’t feel that way right now, you already have strengths that can support you through what you’re experiencing. My role is not to fix you, but to help you recognize and build on what is already within you, develop practical tools, and provide a space where you can speak openly and without judgment. I work with people facing pressure from sports, school, work, relationships, family expectations, or themselves. Many are high achievers who seem fine outwardly but feel overwhelmed or exhausted internally. Others are navigating injury recovery, addiction, trauma, or major life transitions. I also work with athletes to strengthen the mental side of their game, including focus, reaction time, confidence, decision-making, and performance under pressure. Using science-based equipment and performance tools, I help athletes train mental skills in a measurable, practical way that translates beyond practice and into competition. My style is direct, supportive, and collaborative. I challenge when needed with respect and care. I utilize ACT, CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Moral Reconation Therapy. I also provide clinical supervision and consultation for therapists seeking professional support, case guidance, and clinical development.
