The simplest way to explain my philosophy is collaborative active change. What does that mean for you? It means we are engaged as a team to address your presenting issues. It means I have experience in education that I bring to the table but you will always know yourself better than I ever could if we met every day for the rest of your life. That balances us out and allows us to work as a team on the same level with each other.
