Introduction

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with repeating the same patterns in your life, you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond just talking about problems and start making real, practical changes. Many of my clients are high-functioning but struggling internally with anxiety, overthinking, relationship challenges, stress, or lack of direction. Others come in after hitting a breaking point and need a structured way to regain control. With over two decades of experience in high-pressure environments as a Battalion Chief and a licensed mental health and substance use therapist, I bring a direct, solution-focused approach to therapy. My work blends real-world experience with proven strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), decision-making frameworks, and resilience training. In our work together, you can expect honest conversations, practical tools, and a clear focus on helping you think better, respond differently, and build a more stable and intentional life. If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start taking action, we can get to work.
