Introduction

Hello, I’m Jemah, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 22 years of nursing experience and 23 years of proud service as a U.S. Army Veteran. My career began in nursing, where I developed a passion for caring for the whole person—addressing both physical and mental health needs. My military service gave me a deep understanding of resilience, trauma, and the importance of compassionate care. I specialize in pediatric, adolescent and adults' mental health needs; helping clients and their families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. I take a holistic, collaborative approach by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My goal is to help each person build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
