Introduction

You're Grieving a Loss When someone meaningful leaves your life, it can feel like a part of you went with them. The weight of grief touches every moment—from the heaviness of waking up to the effort it takes to complete simple tasks. You might feel like you're one look away from breaking down entirely. You don't have to carry this alone. You're a Young Adult Feeling Lost You're approaching 30, and everyone else online seems to have it figured out—the dream job, perfect relationship, morning routines that actually work. Meanwhile, you're waking up with anxiety and existential dread, wondering if you'll ever gain traction. And well-meaning people keep asking about your goals when you're just trying to find solid ground. You're a Parent Watching Your Adult Child Struggle Your young adult is experiencing more anxiety than you remember at their age, and watching them struggle to launch feels harder than you expected. Maybe they or their partner are challenging you in ways you never would have with your own parents. You're their biggest supporter, but somehow the message isn't landing. The disconnect is painful. You're Living with ADHD That perfect cup of coffee goes cold because you've already forgotten about it three times. You find it later, wherever your last impulse took you. Zigzagging through life wasn't the plan. You want to focus on what matters—your career, relationships, even basic routines like sleep and nutrition—but every day feels like starting from scratch. You're a High Performer Ready to Break Through You track everything, invest in courses, and show up prepared. What's missing is someone in your corner who genuinely believes you can soar past every goal you set. Belief in yourself battles imposter syndrome daily, and which voice wins depends on the moment. I have a gift for seeing greatness in people—including what they can't yet see in themselves—and I've helped countless business owners and sales professionals radically transform their results by upleveling their self-belief. My Approach What you're experiencing is real. Your emotions aren't obstacles to overcome—they're valuable signals shining a light on your current experience. Together, we'll process what you're feeling and help you discover a new sense of peace, purpose, and empowerment. I'm an active, engaged guide. While I'll certainly ask how you're feeling, I'll also help you identify and activate the inner resources you already possess. We'll work collaboratively to move you toward the empowered life you're seeking. About My Practice For three decades, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through their most challenging moments, helping them rediscover wholeness and peace. I've been a licensed therapist in Wisconsin and Michigan with a master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Since relocating to California, I've been serving clients worldwide as a life coach while in the process of pursuing California licensure to offer out-of-network benefits. I work with clients in the Los Angeles/Pasadena area and beyond. Many coaching clients can use HSA funds for our work together, though individual benefits vary. Getting Started Ready to connect? Start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This gives me a chance to understand your unique situation and helps you determine if we're a good fit. When we both feel aligned, we'll schedule your first session—and I'll work to make that happen quickly. I know that when you're ready for support, you're ready to start feeling relief. Reach out today, and let's get you scheduled.
