Hi there, As an intern, I'm able to offer my services free of charge. Whether you’re working through grief, anxiety, postpartum depression, questions about identity or sexuality or simply wanting to get to know yourself better, I am here to support you. As I wrap up my clinical training at Lenoir-Rhyne University, I am realizing just how deeply passionate I am about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in mindfulness, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where you can feel truly heard and accepted. I am a queer-affirming therapist and celebrate all races, cultures, identities and relationship structures, including non-monogamous and polyamorous communities. You deserve a space where you can show up as your full and beautiful authentic self. One of my goals as a therapist, is to create a space to feel, process, and explore what’s coming up for my clients without judgment. Together, we will set meaningful goals and work collaboratively at your own pace. If you are looking for a compassionate, inclusive, and mindful place to grow and heal, I would love to connect!
