Introduction

I've spent over 15 years supporting people through their most difficult seasons—from inpatient psychiatric care to the opposite end of the spectrum in preventive mental health treatment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas and act as a helper to all age ranges however my specialty targets 18-50 years of age. Personal Disclosure: My journey is my reason for becoming a therapist. I have experienced trauma firsthand and through my experience I learned what worked for me. I understand the feelings of uncertainty and loss of trust. I also learned how to navigate the healing process which does include life beyond the trauma. It requires hard and complex work, and I would be honored to be on your team.
