Introduction

I offer in-depth therapy for high achieving adults navigating burnout and overwhelm, grief, trauma, ADHD challenges, and major life transitions. Most of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, used to managing a lot. Some come in because their ways of coping with their suffering are no longer working or may be adding more suffering. Some have been harmed by others, by institutions. Therapy with me offers you a relational, non-judgmental space for processing what really happened to you as well what you have told yourself about what happened to you; re-connecting with yourself and exploring what's beneath the surface; seeing patterns that are hard to see on your own; and moving toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and where you see yourself headed. I intentionally keep my practice small to offer the best possible care. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-217. The Board-approved clinical supervisor of this practice is: Name: Kelly Hurley Phone Number: 480-707-8172 Email: kelly.hurley@cedarandoakscounseling.com
