Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor and pastor dedicated to meeting you wherever you are, both spiritually and emotionally. My virtual practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a nonjudgmental partner when navigating life’s most difficult seasons. I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and pastoral care to three core areas: Couples Therapy: Combining an advanced degree in communication with training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples break unhealthy cycles. We will work to improve how you speak to one another, rebuild lost trust, and repair emotional disconnection. Christian Counseling: For those seeking spiritual integration, I combine biblical principles with proven clinical techniques to support your whole person - mind, spirit, and emotions. Legal & Criminal Support: I specialize in working with clients facing pending criminal cases, including addiction, DUI, sexual assault, and drug-related charges. Whether you are the offender or the victim, I offer a safe space to process the stress of the legal system without fear of judgment. My approach is holistic and strategic. I look at your unique history and values to help you create a plan for personal growth. If you are looking for online therapy that is convenient, supportive, and effective, let’s connect. Contact me today to start your journey toward lasting change.
