My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the need to have all the answers. I work with women, couples, and individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure of what comes next. Together, we'll explore the deeper emotions underneath those struggles and move toward healing, connection, and growth. My approach is relational, attachment-based, and emotionally focused.
