Introduction

Hi, I'm Jen. I know how exhausting it can be to feel like you're carrying everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the need to have all the answers. I work with women, couples, and individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure of what comes next. Together, we'll explore the deeper emotions underneath those struggles and move toward healing, connection, and growth. My approach is relational, attachment-based, and emotionally focused. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, create lasting change, and leave each session with practical tools they can apply in everyday life. ---------------------------------------------- What Therapy With Me Is Like Many people come to counseling worried they'll be judged, pressured, or told what to do. That's not how I work. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. We'll explore your experiences together, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to have it all figured out. You simply have to show up. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and determine whether we're a good fit. Call or text today.
