Introduction

Lets be real: the world feels heavy and difficult to navigate right now. While we can't change what's happening outside of us, we can do our best to process and cope in a healthy way. I can help with that. Hi, my name is Jen, and I'm a therapist who loves working with teenage, 20-something/college student, and adult clients. I mostly work with women, but am open to anyone navigating life transitions, disordered eating, processing trauma, difficult relationships or family dynamics, and more. Please see a full list of areas I work with below on my profile. As a therapist, I firmly believe in honoring your lived experience with compassion, kindness, and collaboration. I love helping my clients discover empowerment and authentic self expression while navigating the complexities life. I do this through an integrative lens, pulling from therapy frameworks that I think will best help you meet your therapy goals. I am laidback, compassionate, client centered, and collaborative in session. I warmly welcome clients of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, and identities who are seeking a therapist that will work in collaboration with them through authenticity, compassion, and unwavering support. You deserve a safe space to be seen and heard. I would love to hear from you through the "send message" button above if you have questions or are interested in working together. I try to always reply quickly, and would love to set up a consultation with you.
