Introduction

Trauma isn’t just about what happened to you; it’s about how your nervous system is trying to protect you today. It takes an immense amount of energy to carry complex trauma, OCD, dissociative or personality disorders, especially while navigating the overwhelming societal pressures of being a woman, teenager, or college student in a society that often feels like it’s pulling us backward. If you are exhausted from fighting internal storms, external pressure, survival mode, or systemic burnout, you don’t have to do it alone. I help individuals between 12-45 process their trauma, reclaim their autonomy, and step into their power. As a LGBTQIA-affirming, non-LDS trauma therapist, I view you through a whole-person lens. Clients most often seek therapy with me for empowerment, boundary setting, women’s issues, LGBTQIA issues, complex trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, OCD, bipolar, and burnout from being in high performance spaces for a little too long. Fit between a client and therapist is so important and I will do my best to answer your questions as you figure out your best fit. As of October 2026, I have openings on telehealth throughout the week and I am happy to be flexible with your schedule. Please text my work number at (801) 692-3114 or email me to connect. I am looking forward to meeting you. You are warmly welcome here.
