Hi there—I’m Dr. Jen Wahleithner, a licensed psychologist who helps adults find clarity, confidence, and calm when life feels overwhelming. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, trauma, mood changes, emotion dysregulation, or ADHD, I offer evidence-based therapy that’s both compassionate and practical. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving students, athletes, veterans, medical professionals, or individuals from marginalized backgrounds who are used to pushing through but are ready for a new way forward. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build the tools to help you feel grounded, capable, and supported. I earned my MS and PsyD from the PAU–Stanford PsyD Consortium, with clinical training through Stanford Medicine, the VA Healthcare System, and community mental health settings. My background includes CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapies, and psychological assessment. As a former Division I athlete, I also value perseverance, balance, and teamwork. At the California Psychology Center, I’m part of a team of psychologists dedicated to compassionate, research-supported care. My goal is to create a collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely human therapy experience—one where you can explore, heal, and grow with honesty and support.
