Introduction

Jenalee Remy, LPC (Practice Owner, Clinical Supervisor) Thank you for choosing to consider therapy. I am honored to walk alongside clients who are struggling and seek healing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been a practicing therapist since 2014. While I have experience supporting clients of many backgrounds, I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients, and clients who are experiencing religious deconstruction/loss and the unique grief that comes with it. My preferred methods of therapy include a combination of EMDR, IFS, and Existential models, helping clients to explore meaning and connect to themselves. Therapeutic connection/dynamic is crucial to benefitting from therapy. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free 15 minute consult to further discuss.
