Introduction

Hello! I am Jenelia Branson, a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a sincere passion to see others succeed in life, especially in the area of mental health! I have actively served in the counseling field for almost 20 years beginning as a school counselor and have received national recognition as a National Board Certified Counselor and National Board Certified School Counselor. After a decade of working in schools, I realized that I wanted to take expand my reach into private practice. Currently, I provide therapeutic services via in person but predominantly via Telehealth as I hold state board certification. In addition to my background, I have also had extensive training at the graduate level in the public health field so health education is important to me. As a person and a therapist, I am described as supportive, warm, and compassionate, with a great sense of humor. Moreover, I have been called a “people whisperer” which I count as an honor. When working with my clients, the goal is to help guide them towards the strength and know-how to recognize, reduce, and relieve symptoms through therapeutic techniques, tools, practices, and resources in order to reach wholeness, restore relationships, and acquire healthier ways of living while offering a safe place to land so they can be open and honest without fear of judgment. I love working with individuals who are at least 18 years of age who are willing...to be an active participant in their therapeutic process, to be honest as it will be beneficial to every aspect of the work, to be patient as it takes time, and to be committed to the process so they can see things get better in their lives. If this sounds like you, let's get started!
