Introduction

Jenelle completed her undergraduate degree in elementary education at Gustavus Adolphus College and taught for seven years before completing a Master’s degree in counseling and psychology at St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis, MN. Jenelle has experience and enjoys working with individuals as young as 3, parents and families. She will also create and work with clients in group settings when deemed appropriate.  During her six years of practicing, she has developed special expertise in working with clients who are highly sensitive, on the autism spectrum, or diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, and families facing challenging child behaviors. When not working Jenelle enjoys being with her two kids and husband playing outside or having dance parties in their living room.  Maddie completed her undergraduate degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is currently pursuing her master's in counseling psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Maddie has seven years of experience working with children, she enjoys helping them explore their individuality and identify the strengths they hold. Maddie practices a holistic therapeutic approach, allowing her to adapt to the individual needs of every client. She is passionate about fostering growth and creating a collaborative approach in sessions. In her free time, Maddie enjoys being at her cabin, painting, and spending time with her dog, Finn. Michael completed his undergraduate degree of psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Counselor Education from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Michael is a neurodiverse disabled Veteran who has extensive experience in stress, trauma, and teenager/adult disability-related integration services. Michael employs holistic person-centered and collaborative therapy approaches while still using psychodynamic and narrative therapy techniques that emphasize the influence of our personal life experiences. In his free time, Michael takes his growing family to the beach, shreds his guitar, and plays with his Corgi, Lucy.
