Jenise has experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy and has been a board-certified licensed professional counselor for three years. Jenise Clark treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practice that focuses on the mind-body connection. Jenise studied at Ashford University, where they obtained a Master of Art in Psychology. Jenise also worked for the Community Service Board in the Metro Atlanta area for 18 years, where she established her mindfulness and evidence-based techniques that has been a crucial part of her practice and her patients' success and progress. Jenise, the main goals for her patient include reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, improving overall well-being, and promoting personal growth and resilience.
