I am a perinatal therapist providing culturally responsive mental health care for BIPOC individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and early parenting. My work centers intergenerational trauma, racialized stress, and identity transitions shaped by family history and systemic inequities. I offer a reflective, relational space where lived experience is believed, cultural context is honored, and healing unfolds at a pace that supports nervous system regulation, self-trust, and sustainable change. I have over 15 years of experience working with multigenerational families and creating/ implementing/ managing family support programs. I am currently licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
