Introduction

Hi, I’m Jenn Fuqua, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with inpatient and outpatient experience in the mental health field. I provide in-person and telehealth counseling services in Kernersville, North Carolina. I hold a master’s degree in Adult Mental Health from Case Western Reserve University and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting teens, adults, couples, and children through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My clinical experience allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, anger management, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and chronic stress. I also specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic illness, including Lyme disease, mold-related illness, and thyroid conditions, recognizing the complex connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and identity. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and provide trauma-informed care for children, helping young clients process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience in a safe and supportive environment. As a neurodivergent-friendly therapist, I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and judgment-free space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. My goal is to help you build emotional resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward greater balance, clarity, and confidence in everyday life.
