Introduction

I believe everyone deserves a safe, collaborative space to work through life's toughest challenges. As a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex issues—from trauma and grief to addiction, family conflict, and emotional dysregulation. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, processing loss, healing from narcissistic abuse, or working to build healthier relationships, I'm here to support you. I take a strength-based, integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused work, and trauma-informed care to meet your unique needs. Together, we'll work on practical skills—conflict resolution, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and communication—while honoring your whole story. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, and I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I'm currently accepting a limited number of new clients and accept Partnership Health Plan of California.
