Introduction

New clients often express feeling drained, overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, or uncertain about how to move forward. My role is to demonstrate that these responses are normal and to provide a science-based approach to navigating toward an improved quality of life. I specialize in working with adults and teens, offering education and practical solutions to the barriers they face in their daily lives. I have worked in the helping field since 1996 and am an IFS Informed, EMDR Trained Therapist. My approach is goal-oriented and centered on "teaching vs. telling," as I believe in walking alongside my clients. I understand personally how deeply individuals and families are impacted when there seems to be no clear path to peace of mind. I invite anyone curious about therapy to give it a try; it would be an honor to help you find solutions and discover that what feels impossible today may be possible tomorrow.
