Introduction

With a specialization in forensic populations and addiction services, my mission as a therapy and evaluation provider is to give support and compassion to those navigating difficult systems and life transitions, while maintaining an emphasis on accountability as well. If you find yourself feeling stuck and needing an extra push, I provide a direct approach, with a dash of dark humor. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, and primary see individuals with mood disorders, substance use, behavioral difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. I focus on identifying the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, how they impact your behavior, and work on creating a healthier relationship with yourself and others. Asking for help is difficult, and it is brave to trust another with your thoughts, emotions, and world views. If you feel we might be a good fit, give me a shout, and let's create a plan together.
