Introduction

Finding the right support when life feels overwhelming can bring a sense of relief. I hope to be able to provide the care you need when anxiety feels heavy, when caring for a loved one stretches you thin, or when old thought patterns keep you stuck. I would be honored to help you through life’s changes, from the uncertainty of young adulthood to rediscovering yourself in retirement. Together, we can work through the challenges of parenthood, relationship struggles, grief, or the impact of ADHD on your life. If you’re ready for change but feel caught in the same cycle, we can work together to break those patterns. I offer both traditional talk therapy and/or art therapy, pulling on evidence based approaches to fit your unique needs. I want to understand your story, what you have been through, and where you hope to go. Our past informs our present, we get to determine our futures. My goal is to provide a supportive space for adults to heal, connect, and evolve. I understand that starting therapy isn’t always easy. The thought of opening up can sometimes feel overwhelming or intimidating. I believe therapy should feel approachable and accessible, something you can look forward to. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here and look forward to being part of your journey.
