I earned both my undergraduate degree and Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Maine. With experience across diverse clinical settings—including group homes, a psychiatric hospital, and a community mental health center—I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to therapy. For over 11 years, I have been dedicated to serving the Lake Norman community through private practice. In 2021, I founded Peaceful Path Counseling, PLLC to create a supportive, calming space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered on their healing journey. I help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges by providing a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, play therapy techniques, and Triple P, I support emotional regulation, skill-building, and healthier family relationships. I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD/ADD, and major life changes such as loss, divorce, or transitions. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I offer a compassionate space to heal and grow. I live in the Lake Norman area with my family and value connection, balance, and support.
