Introduction

Jenna Gray, LMHC I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping women heal from trauma and reclaim their sense of self. I help women heal from trauma, release the grip of childhood and attachment wounds and step into their true power. Using EMDR, IFS, and trauma-informed psychoeducation, I guide women to understand their nervous system, reclaim their self-worth, and stop settling in relationships that diminish them. My work is about helping you reconnect with yourself -- so you can live with confidence, clarity, empowerment, and the love you deserve.
