I’m a LCSW who works with teenagers and adults navigating life’s challenges, transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and questions around identity and self-worth. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My path into this work began with a deep curiosity about people’s stories and a desire to help others feel less alone in what they’re carrying. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds and experiences, and I continue to be inspired by the resilience people show even in difficult seasons of life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you better understand yourself, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the life and relationships you want. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for support and growth, I aim to meet you where you are with empathy and care.”
