Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with teenagers and adults who are looking for a space where they can show up as they are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a genuine, supportive relationship where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative and authentic. I don't see therapy as a place to "fix" what's wrong with you. Instead, it's an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and create the life and relationships you want. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and burnout. I also enjoy supporting individuals during the perinatal period, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many emotional changes that can accompany this stage of life. Additionally, I am currently completing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach often used to help individuals process trauma and distressing experiences. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to my work while helping clients develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify your strengths, and work toward goals that matter to you. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, discover new insights, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
