Introduction

My approach blends mindfulness, experiential exercises (such as "parts work", yoga, and art), self-compassion, and somatic tools - like breathwork and body awareness - to help you move past overthinking, build resilience, and access your inner wisdom. I specialize in trauma (complex/childhood and adult-acquired), anxiety, depression, substance use, transpersonal/psychedelic experience integration, authenticity, and attachment & relationship issues. I may be a fit for you if you’ve tried talk therapy before, but it didn’t quite reach what still feels stuck. My goal is to offer honesty, compassion, and guidance every step of the way. I practice Brainspotting, a brain-body therapy somewhat like EMDR, that helps release deep trauma, painful memories, and stuck patterns. It allows the nervous system to heal in a way that talking alone can’t. Along with weekly sessions, I offer short-term and intensive (2–5 hr) Brainspotting sessions for those who want focused healing around specific issues.
