Here, you will know you matter, and that your story is worth exploring. In session, I utilize multiple modalities to enrich the therapeutic process, including art therapy, DBT, CBT and person centered approaches. That, along with a healthy dose of appropriate humor, I strive to create a relaxed and inviting environment.
