Introduction

You’re the one everyone calls when things fall apart. You show up, you hold it together, you take care of everyone else—and somewhere along the way, you stopped checking in on whether you’re okay. I’m Jenna, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing virtually in North Carolina and South Carolina. I specialize in trauma, complex PTSD, and secondary traumatic stress—especially for helpers, caregivers, therapists, healthcare workers, and ministry leaders whose nervous systems are carrying more than they were built to hold. Some of what brings people to me looks dramatic from the outside. A lot of it doesn’t. Either way, my goal is the same: to help you feel less alone in it, and to help your body and mind actually settle, not just cope better. I draw on EMDR, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches, tailored to what fits you rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I believe healing happens in relationship, so I care as much about how it feels to sit across from me (even virtually) as I do about which techniques we use. Sessions are offered via telehealth on Mondays, Tuesdays, and select Saturdays. I accept BCBS (NC Residents only), Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna, along with private pay. If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to connect.
