As an LPC Intern completing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas A&M University-Kingsville under the supervision of Heather Melass, LPC, I believe therapy works best when we drop the pretense and get real. Whether you're exhausted from trying to fit into boxes that weren't built for you, dealing with burnout, navigating life transitions, or healing from high-conflict relationships, I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can bring your whole, unfiltered self - cuss words and all. Let's be honest, sometimes "I feel sad" just doesn't cover life's bullshit. My space is welcoming, inclusive, and neurodiversity-affirming—a place where you never have to explain or edit who you are. I draw from person-centered and CBT approaches, grounded in empathy and genuine connection. I’m not here to nod thoughtfully or "fix" you, but to help you figure things out on your own terms. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, and major life changes. No rigid scripts, no cold clinical distance—just real human connection to help you heal and grow on your own terms. If you're looking for a space where you can show up exactly as you are, I'd love to hear from you.
