Hi, I’m Jennie. After raising my five children, I returned to school to become a mental health counselor so I could more fully live out my passion for helping people be their best and overcome their unique challenges. I’ve always been deeply curious about what helps us, as humans, thrive—especially when life brings significant challenges. I have a special interest in the mind-body connection and how our emotional and physical experiences are closely intertwined. I love helping people view their struggles from a new perspective and learn practical tools and skills so they can show up in their lives with greater confidence and authenticity.
